WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? 

SHIPPING FOR PRINTS We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING PRICES  For Prints:

  • Shipping fees will appear in your shopping cart.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests

Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.

Customer is responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.

SHIPPING FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.

CAN I CANCEL MY PRINT ORDER?  

Your print order will enter production almost immediately. Once a print order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON PRINT RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

  • For the best art buying experience, I request that you  use the Wall Preview Tool and the  AR (Augmented Reality) Tool prior to completing your order to be certain that the image and the size is right for your space!
  • IMAGE DOESN'T WORK: If it's just plain the wrong image for your wall, prints can be returned within 10 days. Payment will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Customer is resposible for return shipping fees, and the print must be returned to Terri Miller in perfect condition.
  • DAMAGE: If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact terri@terrimiller.com  with your order number for further instructions. 
  • QUALITY: In the rare case that the quality of a print is in question, please keep all packaging and contact terri@terrimiller.com with your order number.
  • REPLACEMENT: Damaged or improperly printed prints will be replaced at no cost.
  • PRINTS SHIPPED OUTSIDE US/CANADA: No refunds or exchanges of prints.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON ORIGINAL ART RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

  • Originals may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges.
  • Refund will be given for the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee
  • Refund will be given upon the original art's return to Terri Miller in the same condition that it left the studio.
  • Return of funds will take 10-15 business days from day returned artwork is received.

What IF MY ORIGINAL ART ARRIVES DAMAGED?
